Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic right at Citadel outlets with plenty of free parking. The room was soiled but not as bad as others, and the service left a lot to be desired. Dining was a bit overpriced considering the choices available. The facilities were sufficient, and the convenience for shopping at Citadel factory outlet was notable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were spacious with all necessary amenities, but it was concerning that the front desk seemed unaware of issues like stepping on an insulin needle. The service, including help from the housekeeping staff and luggage assistance, was outstanding. The hotel's location, particularly being near the Citadel Outlets and offering a nice pool and hot tub area, was a big plus despite not offering much else in the immediate surroundings. The dining options varied from limited breakfast choices to enjoyable meals like custom omelettes and pancakes. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
